Choose a book to read in any section of the Media Center. As you are reading your book, choose a current news story that are published in a local paper, that you think your character would be interested in. To complete this challenge, you will need to provide a summary of the article as well as a clear connection between your character and the article. In your connection, please explain how those particular stories would either help your character or interest them in their lives. For example, if you are reading Wonder, Auggie's family might be interested in the a local school district that chaged district policies on inclusion.
